MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SALES POINT
Ravizza Ltd is interested in promoting its brand, expanding its presence, and selling its products world-wide, particularly the tailor-made, custom-fitted line of suits for men, by way of franchising agreements. Ravizza cedes the rights to use their prestigious brand name for opening "Sartoria Ravizza" sales points. The required initial investment, to be determined case by case, is earmarked for setting up the shop and display windows, sample suit and shirt models, fabrics, purchasing of signs and price posters, and personnel training at the Ravizza central headquarters in Milan.
The shop, which will be owned by, or leased to the franchisee, must have minimum space of 40-60 sq.m., and the furnishings and display windows must reflect the unmistakable style of Ravizza's shops. Further furnishings will be discussed directly with Ravizza's organisation and their collaborating architects. Another possibility is placing the Ravizza sales point within a medium-to-large clothing store, or in a large department store, as a corner shop devoted to "made-to-measure". In any case, the set-up of the corner shop must follow Ravizza's style guidelines.
