INTERNAL ORGANISATION AND LINKS WITH CENTRAL HEADQUARTERS

The customer sheet , filled out with measurements and customer information (name, address and telephone number), plus the type of fabric chosen, becomes the order itself and is sent via fax to the centre in Milan. |
| The central organisation will have the garment sewn for the customer in the size and fabric chosen, making the necessary modifications indicated so that it is truly "made-to-measure", and completed following the golden rules of Italian and English tailoring.

From the time the headquarters in Milan acquires the order, it takes 3 weeks for the garment to be delivered to the sales point. The suit is first checked by our technical staff for final quality control, before it is sent to the sales point from which it was ordered. |
