All purchases made on this site are subject to the discipline of the Decree. 185 of 22/05/1999 in respect of distance contracts.

 

What is the distance contract.

 

For online sales contract means the distance contract and that the legal transaction concerning the purchase of products, entered into between Ravizza Sport Srl located in Garlasco (PV), Piazza Repubblica, 22, and a consumer, carried out remotely via the electronic network, on its web site.

 

Sales prices

 

All prices listed in the online catalog of Ravizza1871.com are taxes included. 

The payment of the price  may be made by the consumer only through the procedures indicated in terms of payment. Prices can be changed at any time without prior notice.Shipping costs are borne by Ravizza Sport if the amount of the purchase is more than €.100,00

 

Payments

 

The items ordered must be paid in advance via a payment method in this “Payment methods.” 

Remember to make the payment within 7 working days.

 

Issuance of the document certifying the purchase

 

Ravizza Sport Srl undertakes to issue a receipt or, if required, an invoice stating the successful purchase by the consumer. This receipt will be sent inside the package containing the item purchased.

 

Product Warranty:

 

In the case in which the product has manufacturing defects (such as stains, buttons or zippers failures, bad contacts seams, …) it is the obligation of Ravizza Sport Srl apply the same conditions laid down by the legislation of the right of withdrawal. Do not fall into the category of manufacturing defects all those products that have special (fraying, tears, uneven washing, etc …) that are part of the product and making it its uniqueness. If the product reaches the customer in a state of damage caused by the shipment, Ravizza Sport Srl assumes no responsibility for, as packaging made by it under the provisions laid down by express courier.

 

Product Availability

 

Ravizza Sport Srl reserves the right to accept or decline any orders that are placed, and in any case until all the goods. The articles being sold could be temporarily unavailable, in which case Mr. Customers will be notified by e-mail within a maximum of seven days of receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the item ordered is no longer available, we the right to cancel the purchasing request and credit back any amounts paid.

 

Shipping and Returns

 

Ordered items will be sent with the shipment method chosen in “Methods of Shipment.” 

The goods are shipped at buyer’s risk, so are advised Messrs. Customers that any claim for damage to the goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, signing the receipt with reservation indicating the type of damage.

 

The Customer is protected by Italian law on the Right of Withdrawal (DL 206/2005). 

If for some reason the customer is not satisfied with your order may exercise the right of withdrawal (refund, replacement of Article) within 10 working days of receipt of the package. 

The operator must ensure that they fulfill the following return conditions: 

Products must not have been used, altered, washed or damaged 

The label must still be attached to products with the disposable seal 

Returned products will be sent back, subject to authorization and communication to Ravizza Sport, via courier booked by Ravizza Sport. The courier arranged by Ravizza Sport will collect it from the home or address agreed between the parties. 

All,Äô inside the package must be present sales receipt and / or invoice 

Once fulfilled all the required conditions, Ravizza Sport Srl will refund the full price of the / of the leaders within 30 days. 

They will not accept returns without prior notice by mail to: eshop@ravizza1871.com and authorization to return on our part.

 

Article Replacement for shipping error

 

The product replacement procedure for a shipping error is functional when it was erroneously sent from Ravizza Sport Srl a different product from what the customer ordered and therefore not present in his order. 

The process can be activated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, the service activation may be made by sending an e-mail with the subject “wrong delivery” to our e-mail address. 

Before activating this service you may want to compare what has arrived with the technical description of this on our website, where you can view detailed photos of each item and its main technical characteristics.

The shipping costs are borne by Ravizza Sport Srl and must ship via courier BARTOLINI. 

The item must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered, and no signs whatsoever and written on the packaging and without having been opened in any way or used; using a rigid box and a special packaging to protect it from damage during transport.

The opening of the package will be allowed, as necessary, only in cases where the packaging does not allow verification of the product ordered with respect to that delivered. In case the present article in your purchase invoice is no longer available, you will be contacted by us that we will strive to issue a credit note paid into your bank account or paypal or other. The amount of any credit note will be calculated taking into account any discounts and promotions offered on the purchase invoice.
